Received a funny email from a fellow colleague today. The header of the email reads “Working With Idiots Can Kill You!”. From the email, there was an image of a newspaper clipping. Had a blast reading through the article. Hey, if it’s printed in the newspaper – there must be some actual research done on it, right? Wrong! Did a quick search and found out that it was actually something published by Weekly World News. More details after the break.

Weekly World News, a quick check reveals it’s true identity. A tabloid newspaper which recently ended it’s print version. It’s website however is still alive and kicking. With headlines like “Honeymoon Couples Attacked By Goldfish” and “Global Cooling Is An Ecological Disaster —On Pluto!” You’ll get the drift on how accurate and factual their news can be. Still, the “Idiots” article made my day – thank you, Weekly World News.
