Mario In-The-Flesh

500x_mm_nude

Ever wondered how Mario looks like without his …. ermmmm … outfit? Now you know. I’m sure some of you would rather choose not to have seen this, ever. Too late. You’ll forever be remembering this everytime you play a Mario game.

World Of Warcraft: Making A Living

wow-living

I have been told, that if you’re a full time World Of Warcraft gamer, you can actually make a decent living selling weapons and gold from the game. The most recent was a guy making RM30,000 a month selling some armor shit or something. In China, they even hire employees just to play these games and the company will sell the weapons acquired. Such stories are usually told by someone who have heard it from another person. I am intrigued. If only I can make money from playing Call Of Duty 4, then I think I’ll be rich.

PSP Go! + PSN Network = Game Sharing?

psp-psn-network

I have not read-up on this, so I might be wrong. But here’s what I’ve been told by someone. If you get the new Sony PSP Go! You can visit PlayStation Network and download games onto your system. Afterall, PSP Go! is a UMD-less gaming machine. Every purchase is allowed to be downloaded 5 times, just like iTunes . This is in case you have a single account but multiple units. So, what you can do is, create a common account and share it with your friends. This way, you will still be supporting original gaming but having the cost shared. I like! Gathering 4 more people. It’s Go Time!

PlayStation 3: Red/Blue DS3

The power of packaging. Looking at these controllers, I know I don’t need them but somehow I so want them. I can’t decide which I want, all I know is I just want them. For whatever heck for, I will figure that out later.

CoD: MW2 – 43D, 23H, 38M

Honestly, from the games pictured above – only 2 will make it to my collection. Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (Hardened Edition) and Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. At the time of writing, there are 43 days, 23 hours, 38 mins and 10 secs to the release of Modern Warfare 2. Don’t be silly, I didn’t count them – just quoting counter on Amazon’s page. I’ve got it all planned out. To avoid getting YloD on my Playstation 3 – I’ll be placing both my units side by side. This way, when one overheats – I’ll just switch to the next machine. The things I would do for Call Of Duty, sigh. Here’s a glimpse of what’s coming our way on the Playstation platform:

22 Sep – Katamari Forever

29 Sep – Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2

13 Oct – Uncharted 2: Among Thieves

27 Oct – Ratchet & Clanks: A Crack In Time

27 Oct – Tekken 6

03 Nov – Lego Rock Band

10 Nov – Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

10 Nov – God Of War: Collection

17 Nov – Assassin’s Creed II

17 Nov – Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues

29 Dec – Gran Turismo 5

01 Jan – Battlefield: Bad Company 2

Wii: Tennis Fever

Remember I was saying Virtua Tennis 2009 was a great tennis game on the Nintendo Wii? Turn out that Grand Slam Tennis is even better! Control wise. With Wii MotionPlus – your angle and speed affects the ball’s direction. While Virtua Tennis, you gotta rely on the directional bar above your character’s head whenever the ball is near. Between Virtua Tennis 2009 and Grand Slam Tennis – the latter win hands-down. Have not had the chance to try out the New Play Control Mario Power Tennis – but it’s definitely a more fun and colorful version of the genre. Wii tennis bug love all, service over.
