If you are not a gamer, you might be asking why the hell is Grand Theft Auto IV causing so much commotion around the world. Watch this feature coverage on CNN and you will know why. GTA IV has bagged perfect 10/10 scores from games reviewers, a rare feat for a video game. The last videogame title that achieved that feat was Japanese games publisher Namco’s 1999 game Soul Calibur for the SEGA Dreamcast platform and Nintendo’s 1998 hit The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for the Nintendo 64.
The game that might be able to take my attention away from playing Call Of Duty 4 religiously is finally here. Now, my question is whether will it be an overhyped contender like Unreal Tournament III and Burnout Paradise or will it actually rocks as everyone hoped it to be? Only one way to find out – popping my disc into my ever faithful Playstation 3 and we shall find out soon enough. Liberty City and cheap hookers, here I come!
Apple announced a speedbump for its current range of iMacs today. The 20″ went from 2.0Ghz to the new standard 2.4Ghz while the the top-of-the-line 24″ model features a 3.06GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor with 320GB Serial ATA 7200-rpm hard drive (Optional 500GB, 750GB, or 1TB available). Am selling off my 1 month old 20″ iMac and upgrading to the speedier 24″ model. Yay! or nay? Yay!
The girls in GTA IV go all the way. Check out the video above and you will know what I mean. Give me all you’ve got! “Come on baby, come on baby! I’m going into orbit now! Emmmmm now thats what I call a Soul Pole baby!”. “I’m a hired killer and I pay for sex, my mother would be ashame” “Do you need a tissue, sweetie?” Hahahahahaha. Funny!
Double XP Weekend came and gone for peeps on the Playstation 3. The new maps are fun. But I wonder why only 3 maps on rotation instead of 4 during Team Death Match? Thanks to the Double XP Weekend, I am now on Prestige Level 6. Which level are you? I wonder what happens when you reach level 10 and beyond?
Itching to get a new mobile phone. This caught my eye. FOMA N905iμ from NTT Docomo of Japan. It has a 2 megapixel camera within its thin body. I like its simple buttons and superb screen. Was hoping that it has a higher camera resolution, 3.2 Megapixels would be ideal. But still – its so tempting. Its fully unlockable to be used locally and it retailing at RM1,750 here.
