Happy New Year! Really …

happynew2009

Unlike Wallace and Gromit who are all dressed up in style in-time for tonite’s countdown – I will be home avoiding traffic and crowds like good ol Hermit. How do you like that? Even clay characters have a more happening life than I do. Well, then again – for the record, staying home is by choice and not circumstance. I just don’t see the point of going out to a crowded spot surrounded by sweaty and smelly people. Its probably a sign of old age confirmed by a recent discovery at my regular gaming forum. Incidentally, I am the oldest chap playing Call Of Duty while my fellow gamers ranges between the age of 10 to 25. That’s not the worst part – the worst part is having my old ass kicked by these younger teens who should be studying instead of gaming! Youth – where hasth thou vanished to? As everyone starts sending Happy New Year text messages making money sucking Telcos even happier – I decided to opt for a more economical way to send my wishes to everyone here instead. Am not sure what 2009 holds – despite all the gloom and doom being reported in the news, I wish to end this year with the following quote: The darkest hour is just before dawn. So just make damn sure you have your bloody torchlight handy. May happiness, health and hope be abundant in your next 365 days to come. Happy New Year, everyone. Really ….

Happy new year to you and kids, not forgetting your indecisive husband who are still “thinking” of getting a Playstation 3! Maybe he will come onboard when Playstation 4 is released. Hahahahaha …

An online New Year greeting is always environmentally friendly – well I sort of agree with it but if we were to start measuring the amount of networks connections / PC’s / Server farms involved, it might be a different story.

Happy New Year Big Macky, though we never know who you really are, it has been a surprisingly enjoyable blog-reading at your site.

    Happy New Year!
