Google In Talks To Take Over Twitter

You know you’ve made it when the big boys are lining up to make offers to buy you over. Google is reported to be in talks to take over Twitter for US$250 million. This came after last month’s attempt and offer by current social network giant, FaceBook. With the buy-over, Corporations will be forced to bid farewell to free tweets and say hello to corporate rates. (Que Cash-register machine soundFX).

Twitter is for posting mini-messages. Its kinda like a blog-mix-msn. You post what you’re thinking, feeling and seeing on Twitter. People in your friendlist can read and reply. Blogging takes too much time. Tweets on the other hand, is limited to 140 characters per message. Just like FaceBook, u can follow famous people and see what they’re up to.

That sounds rather confusing and limited. I’m not a good blogger so i think maybe Twitter is not quite for me.
