Tori Amos – Abnormally Attracted To Sin

The image above is taken from my fav Tori Amos album of all time – her 1998’s album, From the Choirgirl Hotel. Till this day, I’m still haunted by Cruel’s deep baseline and the lyrics “Lover brother bougainvillea, My vine twists around your need, Even the rain is sharp, Like today as you sh-sh-shock me sane”. She’s back with a new album entitled Abnormally Attracted To Sin and if the first track is any indication – I’m gonna be so loving this as I did From the Choirgirl Hotel. Warning, pro-long listening might induce wrist cutting urges.

Your kind of music is Catch Ghost (Cantonese: Juk Kwai). This is wrist cutting. There’s a difference you know. And I’ve always been a fan of From the Choirgirl Hotel. Ask Eric! He got this album after I “sales girl” him back then. Hmph! Roll eyes!
