Celcom: FAIL!

So much for winning Telco of the Year – Celcom. Your customer service sucks. I applied for MNP (Mobile Network Portability) to switch from DiGi to Celcom last Saturday. Till this day, I didn’t receive a single call or sms on the matter. Finally, gave a call to their Customer Service at 1300 111 000 and guess what? “Oh, Mr. A … your application is not in progress because it was not indicated you’re on Telco D, we thought you were with Telco U. Therefore, your application is still pending”. Then I asked him a fair question – you had my number, why didn’t Celcom call to clarify the matter instead of letting my application stuck in limbo? His response was … “Ermmmm, we didn’t know you were with Telco D, we only knew about it when you called up tonight”. Hello! That’s exactly my question! Why didn’t you call to clarify? Ok, whatever la! So, how long till my line gets activated? “Mr. A, we will process your MNP application immediately and you can expect your line to be ported over to Celcom in 3 days time”. Oh whatever fuck la! Malaysia Boleh!

Note to self: To receive 3G Settings, send SET to 20999
