iPhone: Photoshop.com Mobile


What took Adobe so long to release a Photoshop App for iPhone? Now, iPhone users can finally do some photo editing on the go with the ability to upload and share edited photos at photoshop.com with a free account that comes with 2Gb of space. Its free and its also available for iPod Touch users. HTC Hero users turns green in envy. Hit the iTunes App Store and search for Photoshop.com Mobile.

    My first gen iPhone running 3.1 is able to run it. Not sure about older versions though. But I find the feature a little pointless. You’re able to rotate, crop and change color tones – but you can’t specify the exact dimension you wanna crop. For example, images on my blog has a width of 500 pixels. I can’t specify that with the app.

    If they enable that feature, then this is a really neat app indeed. As of now, it’s just a tech demo to me. Or maybe its just a teaser from Adobe for a full fledge paid version on the horizon.
