At long last, some new multiplayer maps will be made available soon for Call Of Duty 4. The first (rumoured) map named ‘Broadcast’ will be taken from the TV station level and will feature intense indoor close-quarter action. Let’s hope it comes as a free download. Infinity Ward, are you listening? Keyword is free. Hit the link for images of the other 2 maps.
The second (rumoured) map ‘Dusk’ appears to be from a little earlier in the level before you enter the TV station. It looks similar to one of the current maps already available.
The third (rumoured) map ‘Hill’ will be familiar from the single player campaign as you play it both stealthily at night and then again in a mad dash up and then back down the hill to the helicopter LZ for your extraction.

Infinity Ward, will charge. I am sure. They will milk us dry. The only thing thats stopping me from exploring the already released ARMY OF TWO are my buddies. All of us are still playing this game religiously. Not sure which game will be able to take the attention away for now, but when METAL GEAR SOLID 4 comes along. I don’t give a fuck if Infinity Ward rolls out 10 free maps.

I hope you are right. Cuz today, I suddenly felt COD4 is old. ARMY OF TWO is shouting for my attention. But I don’t know, RAINBOW SIX 2 and BATTLEFIELD coming, I am not so sure of jumping into ARMY OF TWO now.

Please review ARMY OF TWO multiplayer when you have it. I am bored with COD4, looking for an alternative now. Got hold of a copy of Rainbow Six Vegas 1, my gosh! Gameplay felt like walking on glue. Still, COD4 is the best. Really curious how ARMY OF TWO will be like.
Everyone has different views, but I think the TV station would be excellent if it was purely indoors, airstrikes turned off and helicopters off (it would seem pointless to have them roaming around when there isnt an outside)! The second map looks the same as ‘Bog’, the last for some reason looks good aswell, maybe they could whack a few sniping points in, and stop being lazy and taking the build straight from the SP. I just feel like IW and the CoD team has forgot about their fans. I mean, months into the game and the only thing they fix visually is the Kill Cam – wish dosen’t affect gameplay in the slightest :(!

all i have to say about cod4, is that it is by far one of the greatest games to date for multiplayer action, i do how ever hate the fact that there is no god damn capture the flag mode. WTF< domination is great, but not the same, take sabatoge and domination and put em together, the maps would be great, but the capture the flag WOULD BE FLUCKIN AWSOME

It being the top multiplayer game on both XboxLive and Playstation speaks for itself. But the downside, after playing COD4 – every other game just felt below par. With Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 coming out soon, hope it will not get the same treatment I did to Army Of Two – which I sold off the next day. Sigh.

ok , the new maps better come out b4 my brithday.. and they should modify some stuff in the game, like the kill streaks if u get 3 kill u get a UAv , 5 kills u get an airstrike but at 7 u should get a humvee , 10 u should get a TANK! , then at 15 u get a chopper, then at 20 u should get some more ammo.. i say this because i always get like 15 kill streaks and it starts to suck not getting rewarded for it… 😛
and they need to take juggernaught out of the game.. i mean seriously, and inplace of juggernaught give us somthing like extended magazines or somthing that doesnt piss every one off.
ok , i agree with u guys that CoD4 is the best game ive ever played. but im afraid that the new games coming out that all look really awesome such as BATTLEFEILD 3 and RAINBOW 6 VEGAS 2 and FABLE 2 and much more that they wont be able to entertain me as much as CoD4 has.. just because call of duty has set the standards for games so high now…

Totally agree with you about the reward for getting more than 7 kills. Everytime I got 7 kills and called a Chopper, I’ll just go crazy and get myself killed so I can call in another Chopper. There’s just no motivation to go beyond 10 kills. My highest record was 20 kills. Just once, but still – no rewards.
okay they are cool and all but the last one is like exactly heat from campain same with the tv station and the other one is like bog but still pretty cool

there is some maps you can use by just getting a patch from a site and then you add it to the games saved data and you can play them but only in split screen. they are ones people created in the contest and then made the patch. there is 5 …….. have fun finding them tho i was at a friends and he had them but never said the site and i looked for a while but couldnt find them so i am just waiting for the 3 new ones and if i want to play the patch ones i go to his house and play they are really cool tho like indoors and massive buildings like an appartment with about 15 stories and then there is one sorta like new york but you cant go in any buildings but you fight around the streets…

the maps have to be free. The way they set up the servers for cod4 is not like other games. If you were alowed to pick a server to join, then they would charge but since u just join a server at random it is going to br free!!!

bad i sum what agree but breach and clear is more swat style and cod4 is run and gun. the only thing i would like is a lean option to lean around corners and stuff like that other wise i stick to my FPS dont get me wrong R6V is kool but to get killed by someone camping around a corner watching your every move in 3rd person gets irritating. know what i mean? finally some new maps i like all the maps right now the only one that sux is wet work on headquarters because im always on the team that gets the spawn on the oposite side of the ship as the headquarters. otherwise its an awsome map

Ok. I will not think about it too much until I get to play them later in the month. But CREEK does seem like a Sniper paradise. I ain’t much of a Sniper myself, so I guess CHINATOWN is more like my kind of map. Will see.
i think creek is fun 😀 i run around with my gold shotty and blast the snipers to hell. I DO NOT DIE! and china town is odd…. but still really fun, i have no clue where the hell i mgoing on the new maps.. but HEY running around killing towel heads is good enough for me ^^

Actually, Do not waste your money on Army of two. If you think it even compares to COD4, then you are dead wrong. I think the game is very tacky and the online play is not smooth at all… very laggy! I played it once, and i couldn’t believe how shitty it is after two hours of hoping it would get better. I sold it to my friend for a $10 loss… on well!
