Missing CoDy

Missing CoDy dearly. This photo was taken during my last trip back. I snapped it from inside my car while my mom carried him at the front gate. Silly CoDy gave me this look that made my heart sank while driving away. Going back to Ipoh this weekend to spend some time with him and to deliver a box of Baby Donuts to a very lucky birthday girl who will be celebrating her birthday on the 13th, April!

Cody looks so adorable in that photo, gives you the tempting feeling of kidnapping him and bringing him home ;P The photo of Cody looks very professionally taken for a quick snap while in the car. I think you should submit the photo into a photography contest!

Nah … its the gears at work, not the photographer. Besides, its not really that great a photo, skills wise. But capturing CoDy’s facial expression – thats priceless.

Really? Hmmmmm, maybe I was cross-eyed after keying in so many particulars for so many people. I wonder should I do a re-check for all, somehow I got a tiny bit of feeling telling me to do so.

1 dog = lots of comments. Wonder Dog!

Well, this dog is a true vegetarian dog, he will not let any female to touch him (human that is, but i am not sure if he avoids any female dog), and he will always walk in front of Shifu when he sees him, like a protector or some kind. Then when he died, Shifu did a little prayer for him and spoke to him about basic things like letting go, getting better spiritual and physical rebirth etc. When ppl cremate this dog, they found relics in him.

Another one is this – Can you find Buddha nature in Dogs? Answer by Chan / Zen Master Chao Chou = Wu! (No!). This is a Kong An(Koan in Japan, they copy everything from Chinese partriach), a practice of Chan / Zen meditation that well, is beyond words.

So is there Buddha nature in CoDy!? Wu! But to get to the Wu answer requires years of practice of basic things in life.

Hope that is Zen / Chan enough for the day.

I know this is inappropriate, but somehow the silly thought of that dog could be gay crossed my mind. Sorry. That’s why no female, human or bitch can touch him. Sorry again. But hey, if humans can be gay. Why not a dog? Right?

I must apologize again. Other than the dog story, I have no idea what you just talked about the KoAn and stuff. Too zen for an idiot like me I guess. Suddenly I have a vision. Chatting with you face to face would be like a calming, slow paced, chimes and bells in the background. You are that Zen to me. Are you really like that? Or am I totally off the radar on this? Somehow, I think my gut feeling is correct. Not saying you’re a boring person, but a very prim and proper gentleman. Eeeeeek!

U made me laughed like…. hell for a while!

Koan is like that – there is no meaning, it is a powerful way to …. well…. mind science, and it is only in China that it matured ….

Forget what I said to you, like the secret teachings of Tibetan Buddhism, sometime it is better not to talk too much about these … what the American says… high tech mind thing.

No I am NOT that serious la! Even my teachers are not like that, we are HUMAN!

You are really one interesting blogger! I will be leaving for East Malaysia / Brunei later today, and if only I could catch up with a photographer in Brunei (wedding – his pics are REAL COOOL).

    Busy busiiiii with worrrrrrrrkkkkk

Aiya, save your $$ on SMS! I will leave messages here or go chat line if free la.

Android + iPod touch = good partner maybe. I need one phone with real keyboard to torture.

Has Yahoo Mail got offline function? I need that badly for work purposes, and also all the free GDoc stuff. I have Fring on my ancient Nokia but once you turn that on, the battery drains off very quickly. Plus, I don’t do lots of skype, twitter (not at all) etc etc. I am an old generation guy la!

Except for cameras! And Chan maybe…..

What do you mean offline function? You mean emails stored in your phone and without the need of internet access to read them? Hmmm, not sure. But hey, its free. Give it a try, it has a really sleek interface and getting some rave reviews from tech blogs everywhere.

Old generation guy? You’re talking about Android phone and Fring. Most regulars here will not have a clue what you were talking about.

So how’s East Malaysia? I’ve never been there other than Sabah airport.
